stayed in krakow before, but Apartament Kolorowy exceeded all expectations! The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The free parking was a great bonus, and the check-in procedure was seamless. Amazing experience!

I really liked the decoration of the hotel, especially the colorful and cheerful furnishings. It made me feel happy and comfortable during my stay. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, which was important for me as a senior person. The accessibility of the hotel was also great, with no stairs to climb and everything within easy reach. It made my vacation much more enjoyable and hassle-free.

I would have asked for better assistance from the staff. It would have been nice if the children working there were more attentive and helpful towards us senior guests.

The stairs were quite steep and there was no mention of them in the description, so it was a bit difficult to carry all the luggage up.

The staff, especially Madam Anna, was extremely professional and helpful in dealing with any issues I had. this apartment had great hotel facilities, convenient parking, and was located close to the center.

Spacious, clean, and pretty apartment in an excellent location in the city center. Free parking for up to 2 cars. Ingenious check-in procedure and prompt phone support. Everything was perfect and awesome value for money! Beds are big and comfortable. Convenience store nearby. Just loved it!

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in a superb location in Kraków. The apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. The hostess was incredibly helpful and solved our small request almost instantly. The apartment also had a lovely terrace on the top floor, which was a big bonus. The beds were big and comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean and functional. I couldn't recommend it more. There was also a convenience store just a few steps away, making it easy to get snacks and basics.
